ECCHO provides consulting services in relation to the development of brand-new early childhood education and childcare services, including but not limited to:

• General compliance advice and contribution to early stage feasibility studies (e.g. advice regarding regulatory requirements and minimum standards),

• Review of masterplans, concept designs and technical drawings (site plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, shop drawings) through all stages of the design development with particular focus on operational requirements, compliance, functionality and finessing user experience,

• Identification of potential pitfalls in the design from an operational as well as long-term maintenance perspective,

• Review of services drawings (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection) in context of ensuring optimal user experience,

• Advice regarding suitable furnitures, fixtures and equipment as well as materials (e.g. floor finishes),

• Liasing with regulatory authorities in relation to Service Approval requirements and applications (including relevant waivers),

• Participation in client meetins and site inspections as required.
